What lubricant should I use on cnc machine tool spindle bearings?
We recommend HUSKEY™ Coolube Grease for normal conditions, or HUSKEY™ 775 FMG Grease where NSF H1 food-grade is required. High-speed precision bearings need a smooth, clean grease (or the spindle maker’s oil). Typical interval: Per spindle maker.
What lubricant should I use on cnc machine tool slideways & guides?
We recommend PROGILINE® WAYTAC for normal conditions. Tacky way oil prevents stick-slip so axes move smoothly and hold accuracy. Typical interval: Automatic way-lube system; top up weekly.
What lubricant should I use on cnc machine tool cutting fluid?
We recommend HUSKEY™ Soluble Cutting Oil for normal conditions. Water-soluble coolant for milling, turning and grinding; neat oils for difficult cuts. Typical interval: Check concentration weekly.
What lubricant should I use on cnc machine tool hydraulic unit?
We recommend HUSKEY™ HLO Series Oils for normal conditions, or HUSKEY™ FG-300 Lube Oils where NSF H1 food-grade is required. Clamping and tool changers rely on clean hydraulic oil. Typical interval: Check level weekly. Change yearly.
