Multi-Metal Corrosion Protector 400B

MULTI-METAL CORROSION PROTECTOR 400B is a light amber colored, heavy-duty, biodegradable, dry film corrosion preventative that penetrates into cracks and crevices of metal surfaces. It was originally designed to protect vehicles in transit from corrosion; however, due to its unique additives it can be used to protect a wide range of metal surfaces in many applications. When applied, it leaves behind an excellent corrosion preventative, which does not attract dust and dirt. However, the corrosion preventative can be washed off with standard soap & water, but does not come off in rain. HUSKEY MULTI-METAL CORROSION PROTECTOR 400B is formulated with vegetable oils which makes it an environmentally friendly alternative to mineral oil based products. In addition, it is super compliant per SCAQMD Rule 1144 < 50g/l VOC’s.

OCL-G Series Oven Chain Oils are formulated from selected blend of high viscosity index synthetic esters and premium additives coupled with HUSKEY’S newest proprietary extreme pressure additive which forms a tough durable film of protection from friction, wear and corrosion over a wide temperature range. This synergistic blend produces self-cleaning properties, friction reduction, anti-wear, copper corrosion protection, low oil and power consumption, no throw-off at high speeds and minimum build-up of deposits.

Open Gear Grease

OPEN GEAR GREASE is a heavy-duty, highly tenacious, semi-synthetic open gear lubricant containing a balanced blend of molybdenum disulfide (moly) and graphite, incorporated in a non-asphaltic, non-melt base grease that contains no clay fillers. Treated with the most modern additives to provide lasting protection against extreme pressure, wear, rust, and oxidation on gear faces and sliding surfaces operating in temperatures from -5°F to 425°F.

PF Series

The HUSKEY PF Series of greases are made from pure perfluoropolyether (PFPE) base oils and treated with state-of-the-art additives; then thickened with PTFE to form a shear-stable grease. They can be used in a myriad of applications due to their excellent chemical resistance, wide temperature range, low volatility, high load-carrying-ability, high oxidative and thermal stability, non-toxicity, excellent radiation resistance, high volume resistivity and low pour point.

RB-2 All Purpose Drill Collar & Tool Joint Anti-Seize Compound

RB-2 is one of our most versatile anti-seize and thread sealing compounds. It consists of a balanced blend of pure metallic zinc, amorphous graphite and other lubricating solids homogenized into a high temperature grease base. HUSKEY RB-2 is fortified with the most modern additives to maximize protection against rust, corrosion and water washout.

RB-3 High Temperature Thread Lubricant

RB-3 consists of non-volatile, high temperature grease, blended with generous amounts of powdered zinc, amorphous graphite, corrosion and oxidation inhibitors.

Rust Release

RUST RELEASE is a unique blend of a specially formulated synthetic wax and the finest quality lubricating fluids available. Designed to produce the optimum properties of penetration, anti-corrosion, and anti-wear, HUSKEY RUST RELEASE penetrates deep into corroded or rusted areas breaking up corrosion and coating all surfaces to ease breakout of frozen parts. This coating protects all surfaces from further corrosion plus provides extremely long-lasting lubrication to bearings, slides and all metal surfaces.

SGL-800 Series Oils

SGL-800 SERIES OILS are heavy duty extreme pressure oils formulated from the highest quality selected synthetic base oils and additives available. SMP Grease

SMP GREASE is a unique high-temperature, extreme pressure, non-melting, non-caking grease designed for extreme service applications. Blended from pure synthetic base oils and thickeners then coupled with the most modern extreme pressure and anti-wear additives to provide a tough, durable lubricating film that protects against metal to metal contact. HUSKEY SMP GREASE is designed to withstand temperatures from -30°F (-34°C) to 530°F (277°C) with intermittent usage to 600°F (318°C).

SPG-300 Series Oils

SPG-300 SERIES OILS are formulated from Polyalkylene glycol (PAG) base oils and carefully selected additives to provide long service life, excellent wear protection and protection against rust and corrosion. The combination of outstanding oxidation resistance and thermal stability at high temperatures, a very high viscosity index, and excellent low-temperature properties makes them suitable for year round use over a wide temperature range. HUSKEY SPG-300 SERIES OILS are NSF/USDA H-1 *Registered and KOSHER approved which gives them full acceptability for use in all areas where incidental food contact may occur.

Soluble Cutting Oil

SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL is a versatile, compounded, water-soluble cutting oil designed primarily as a lubricant and coolant for cutting and grinding operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. HUSKEY SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL has proven outstanding as a coolant for heavy-duty machining operations, as an emulsifiable hydraulic oil and as a rust preventative.

TF-1000 Multi-Purpose PTFE Grease

TF-1000 GREASE is a versatile, multi-purpose grease containing powdered PTFE. It is blended from the highest quality selected oils and synthetic bases available. It is compounded by special processes and techniques to guarantee thorough dispersion and homogenization of the PTFE lubricating solids. A highly water resistant high temperature adhesive lubricant with the unique characteristics of PTFE. Rust and oxidation inhibiting characteristics are maximized to afford complete rust protection and long life of the lubricant.

TFX-10 PTFE Thread Sealing Compound

TFX-10 is a non-toxic, non-drying thread sealing compound consisting of a blend of non-melting grease, PTFE particles and other inert solid fillers engineered to produce a leak-proof seal. HUSKEY TFX-10 does not contain any solvent, lead, graphite, molybdenum disulfide, or clay fillers.

Tuff Stuff Grease

TUFF STUFF is a new generation grease designed for today’s demanding industries. It represents the “state of the art” in grease technology, combining the finest base oil stocks, additives and synthetic thickeners available to provide a truly multi-service, friction reducing, non-melting grease with unmatched protection in normal and severe service applications. HUSKEY TUFF STUFF is a blend of the highest quality paraffinic base oils and polymers coupled with HUSKEY’S newest proprietary extreme pressure additive which forms a tough durable film of protection from friction, wear and corrosion over a wider temperature range (-20°F. to 540°F). HUSKEY TUFF STUFF’S unique formulation provides superior adhesion to metal surfaces that does not easily wash off, run out or separate even under adverse conditions of water, steam or dilute chemicals thus providing lower grease consumption and extended lubrication cycles.

Valve Cheat-Her Valve Lubricant/Sealant

VALVE CHEAT-HER is an advanced concept for general purpose valve lubrication and sealing; plus excellent anti-seize properties to minimize valve freeze up. HUSKEY VALVE CHEAT-HER has a balanced blend of lubricating additives designed to release frozen or hard to operate valves while still providing a good seal against products in the line. HUSKEY VALVE CHEAT-HER does not contain any solvents or clay fillers that dry out and harden in the lube journals of the valve.

Valve Purge (Frees Frozen Valves)

VALVE PURGE is an especially formulated product designed to clean and free stuck or chronic hard-to-operate valves. HUSKEY VALVE PURGE contains molybdenum disulfide and graphite compounded in a synthetic grease base and utilizing a non-ozone depleting solvent to aid in pumpability.

Wireline Dressing

WIRELINE DRESSING is a heavy duty, tenacious, semi-synthetic penetrating grease fortified with sub-micron size particles of Molybdenum Disulfide (Moly) and Graphite. This high performance liquid grease goes on as a liquid to penetrate to the core of the wire rope. After it penetrates and coats the metal surfaces, the carrier solvent evaporates, leaving behind a tough, durable grease film that protects under the most adverse conditions.

Z-40, Z-50, Z-60 Zinc Based Thread Compound

ZINC BASED THREAD COMPOUNDS are made with the finest quality ingredients using only pure metallic zinc, premium oils and greases. These products are formulated to conform to recommendations outlined in API Spec 7 page 58, appendix F.
