Overview
ZEROL® PE-X is a novel range of polyether (PE) synthetic lubricants for next-generation stationary HVACR systems using HFOs and other environmentally acceptable refrigerants.
It is designed to address miscibility, solubility and working viscosity challenges, and formulated for stability with HFOs, which can be less stable than the HFCs they replace. Shrieve states acceptable stability and material compatibility at current HFC baselines too, so one lubricant can cover several refrigerants. PE-X HP is the heat pump version.
