Eco-Lube EP 2
ECO-LUBE EP 2 is a blend of the finest quality USA grown natural seed oils available then treated with the most effective anti-oxidants, extreme pressure, anti-wear and anti-corrosion additives. PTFE is added to further enhance load capacity, and reduce friction. This unique blend, together with its synthetic shear stable thickening system, provides the maximum protection against friction, wear and corrosion. HUSKEY ECO-LUBE EP 2 GREASE is readily biodegradable and contains no ozone depleting chemicals, SARA Title 313 chemicals, heavy metals, greenhouse gases, chlorine, phenols, VOC’s or Prop. 65 Chemicals. MOLY-GRAPH Grease is blended from the highest quality selected paraffinic petroleum oils, polymers and shear stable synthetic thickeners available. Treated with the latest chemical E.P. additives, rust and oxidation inhibitors to provide lasting protection against friction, wear and corrosion. Graphite and Molybdenum Disulfide (MOLY) lubricating solids of precise sub-micron and micron size have been completely homogenized into the product to further enhance load capacity, improve metal surfaces and reduce friction. Its Polymer base helps the grease to stay put and seal out dirt, water and other contaminants.

DYNA-MITE RED GREASE is a unique high-temperature, extreme pressure, non-melting premium quality grease designed for very heavy-duty service in adverse environments. It is a blend of high quality petroleum oil and special synthetic polymers which work together to form an extremely water-resistant, tough lubricating film that prevents water washout and metal-to-metal contact even under extreme pressure or shock loading. HUSKEY DYNA-MITE RED GREASE is formulated with the optimum amounts of additives to provide maximum protection against rust, corrosion and oxidation. HUSKEY DYNA-MITE RED GREASE contains no fillers or clay thickeners. The distinctive red color makes it easy to identify during and after lubrication.

MP-2 Polyurea Grease is a second generation polyurea grease. This unique new, high performance, multi-purpose grease is based on advanced polyurea technology. It is formulated from pure petroleum base oils then fortified with extreme pressure additives and rust and oxidation inhibitors. HUSKEY MP-2 Polyurea Grease gives longer bearing life under high speed, high temperature and high water applications than most other widely used antifriction bearing greases. The distinctive Green color makes it easy to identify during and after lubrication.

LPC GEAR OILS are high-performance, fully synthetic, all-purpose gear oils formulated with HUSKEY’S new proprietary SEM (Surface Eutectic Modification) additive. The revolutionary new SEM technology makes it a Lower Power Consumption (LPC) gear oil, hence the name LPC Gear Oil. They offer maximum wear protection under extreme operating conditions such as vibrations, scuffing, oscillating motions, and shock loads, where metal asperity contact occurs. Because of the thermally and mechanically stable polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oils and SEM technology, HUSKEY LPC GEAR OILS give extra protection to micro-pitting due to asperity contact. In addition, compared to both conventional mineral and synthetic gear oils the HUSKEY LPC GEAR OILS have proven they can lower the operating temperatures of the gearbox resulting in lower power costs. Due to their high viscosity index, they provide effortless startup even during cold temperatures; yet give extra wear protection in high-temperature applications. The added antifoam protection gives extra protection to high-speed gearboxes. In addition, the demulsification properties of HUSKEY LPC GEAR OILS provide very fast separation from water contamination. They meet or exceed all *major gear oil specifications, original equipment manufacturer requirements, and wind turbine manufacturers.

MULTI-METAL CORROSION PROTECTOR 400B is a light amber colored, heavy-duty, biodegradable, dry film corrosion preventative that penetrates into cracks and crevices of metal surfaces. It was originally designed to protect vehicles in transit from corrosion; however, due to its unique additives it can be used to protect a wide range of metal surfaces in many applications. When applied, it leaves behind an excellent corrosion preventative, which does not attract dust and dirt. However, the corrosion preventative can be washed off with standard soap & water, but does not come off in rain. HUSKEY MULTI-METAL CORROSION PROTECTOR 400B is formulated with vegetable oils which makes it an environmentally friendly alternative to mineral oil based products. In addition, it is super compliant per SCAQMD Rule 1144 < 50g/l VOC’s.
